We are trying to build a super Gstreamer plugin to control multiple TX2 CSI cameras and I understand that the nvcamerasrc is not open-sourced but can we at least get the header file of either nvcamerasrc or nvarguscamerasrc?

No nvarguscamerasrc source code for r28.2, but there have nvgstapps_src not sure if help on you.
