Hi guys
can you help me to solve this questions:
can you send me a data sheet and a assembly procedure of 110-0111-000
Does the heatsink already come with the “thermal grease”?
If not what is the reccomanded product?
what characteristics does this material have? (there is a technical sheet where the storage characteristics are highlighted?).

Hi @r.bilato, since you are referring to product from Auvidea, please contact them about the technical specifications.

Hi Riccardo, it is an Auvidea P/N - NVIDIA doesn’t sell the heatsinks individually.

The Jetson Nano devkit is comes with the heatsink pre-attached. The production Jetson Nano modules do not come with the heatsink. Embedded designers typically fabricate one specific to their device/platform or order them from an ecosystem partner. Here are a couple other suppliers I know of:
