Help compiling driver for USB WiFi Adapter

Hardware Platform: DRIVE AGX Pegasus™ Developer Kit
Software Version: DRIVE Software 10
Host Machine Version: native Ubuntu 18.04
SDK Manager Version: 1.4.0.7363

I have a TP-Link USB WiFi Adapter Archer T9UH V2:

The Linux driver needs to be compiled.

How do I cross-compile the driver onto the Pegasus?
