Help Needed - AWS Credits under the NVIDIA Inception Benefits Program

Hi,

We have applied to the AWS Credits via the NVIDIA Inception Program but every time NVIDIA sent us a benefit id ( which we are not able to use) and next time onwards we are asked to apply on the AWS Credits Page, which is asking for ORG ID.

NVIDIA Inception support has clearly mentioned this is taken care by AWS Activate. AWS Activate Support is saying ORG ID is not provided by them.

How do we move ahead ? This has really hampered our product development since AWS costs are adding up for us.

If someone has faced this and found a solution, pls help.
