I failed to install ai workbench for many times, the problem was the same: ‘Could not find the appropriate information about your system, please restart your installer to try again.’

Hi, it seems the installer is not able to correctly run a necessary command with admin permissions. Can you please try the following:
- Verify that User Account Control (UAC) is set to level “Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer”. User Account Control settings - Microsoft Support
- Rerun the installer.
If this doesn’t work, can you please open an admin powershell terminal and share the output for this command:
dism.exe /Online /Get-FeatureInfo /FeatureName:VirtualMachinePlatform /FeatureName:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux
Thank you for help ! Have done the step you advised (UAC and virtual platform), but the problem still exist, and all the same : “Could not find the appropriate information about your system, please restart your installer to try again.” Here is the new logfile. Thanks again !

If your pack is Chinese, most likely desktop is same way. You can go onto regedit and edit your model names to EU or NA, so it detects or atleast pretends to detect them… It should work with regedit
Looks like your Chinese is 10/11, you need to press Yes or Y when asked, be quick or it runs in loop
