High CPU usage on xorg when the external monitor is plugged in (on-demand profile)

Hi, i have a workaround for it …

first,
add nogpumanager parameter to /etc/default/grub, like that:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“quiet splash nogpumanager”
run update-grub and reboot system

now move 10-amdgpu.conf and 10-nvidia.conf from /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d to other paste (/home for ex)

and edit 11-nvidia-offload.conf, like this:

Section “Files”
ModulePath “/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/nvidia/xorg,/usr/lib/xorg/modules”
EndSection

Section “ServerLayout”
Identifier “layout”
Option “AllowNVIDIAGPUScreens”
EndSection

Section “Module”
SubSection “nvidia”
EndSubSection
EndSection

let 40-libinput.conf unchanged …

reboot or logoff/login again andd now …
My nvidia-settings show up (idle system):
GPU Utilization: 0%
Video Engine Utilization: 0%
PCIe Bandwidth Utilization: 0%

top command show (idle system):
less than 5% xorg

my system is hybrid amd and nvidia (cpu/apu and discrete gpu [external monitor connected] respectivelly)
