Hotspot on TX1 - I am able to create a hotspot network using nm-connection-editor interface but hotspot network is not visible on any of the other devices.

Hi ug201311001, have you tried this procedure from the wiki?

As described in the wiki entry, the wireless driver’s op_mode parameter needs set to ‘2’ to enable SSID broadcast.
