How can I find a documentation searching results only on corresponding page?

Hello,

When I find something on the Isaac Sim documentation, the results contained not only Isaac Sim but also other Omniverse documentation for some time.

I feel uncomfortable due to the results show not appropriate result which is not related to Isaac Sim. Can I search only on corresponding documentation?
