Issue Description
I would like to check the nvenc frequency / usage rate during hardware encoding(h265) using a nvenc.
I thought I could get the status to use tegrastats command, but NVENC is always off status.
Is there another way?

Dear @atsushi_01_iwai ,
The fix is not available is not part of DRiVE OS 6.0.10.
You can check the frequencies of these at /sys/kernel/debug/clk/nvenc

Please see NVENC shows Off during video encoding using sample application nvm_iep_sci
