ConnectX-6 Dx’s datasheet describes programmable congestion control APIs.
The user manual describes how to tune the parameters of the default congestion control DCQCN.
Additionally, I found that ZTR RTTCC can be applied through firmware update.
However, the way that I am looking for is how to program and deploy the new Congestion Control algorithm.
