How can I set a greater value in the ITopKLayer

I am converting my model to tensorrt. In my mask rcnn model, I get the top 8000 maximum elements in the region proposal network. But when I try the conversion, the K value can only be set to 3840 or less, which is too less for my model. How can I solve this problem. Please help me. Thank you.
