How can I transfer files into the development board through ADB?

My platform is Jetson Orin NX 16, with Jetpack 5.10. How can I transfer files into the development board through ADB? My version is 35.3.1.

As there is no Android here, there is no ADB on jetson.

You could use etherent or usb network interface to scp file from host to jetson.
