How can I update the jetson TX1 from jetpack 3.0 to jetpack 3.1?
it must use the usb line and Force USB Recovery Mode?

TX1 on jetpack3.0 is using kernel 3.10 and jetpack3.1 is using k4.4. There is a large gap. Please use usb line and USB recovery mode. It would be the fastest way.
