Issue Description: How can we achieve time synchronization in FSI? What methods are available? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?

May I know the objective? You want to develop any application on FSI ? You want to synchronize FSI and tegra timestamps?

Yes, we expect to develop custom application on FSI, but it needs to be time synchronized with the Tegra CPU. What are the possible ways?
