Is cuBLAS is a part of CUB for Linear Algebra or they are totally independent?
CUB is Cuda UnBound (Introducing CUDA UnBound (CUB) - Microway), cuBLAS is Cuda Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms (Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms - Wikipedia), the Cuda version of a linear algebra interface standard.
They are independent.
