How do I access URLS from api.ngc.nvidia.com*?

Hi

Im testing license plate detection and recognition from this topic: Creating a Real-Time License Plate Detection and Recognition App.
I’m trying to download Pretrained models and other files but all the URLS are not working.
For example:

https://api.ngc.nvidia.com/v2/models/nvidia/tao_trafficcamnet/versions/pruned_v1.0/files/trafficnet_int8.txt

https://api.ngc.nvidia.com/v2/models/nvidia/tao_trafficcamnet/versions/pruned_v1.0/files/resnet18_trafficcamnet_pruned.etlt
etc.
How do I access those URLs. Can someone point me to correct URLs?
