I am using Quadro NVS 295 with 8 Cores, with OS Ubuntu 11.10 . After installation of drivers and development tool kit, now I am able to run CUDA application distributed with SDK. But for my simulations I have to use NEURON (Precompiled installers | NEURON) as simulation platform. Any one knows how I can compaile or run NEURON on CUDA.
