How do I initiate an image capture and a 30 sec video recording on the python script

I want to capture a detected face and record a 30 seconds video which will be saved in a folder. Kindly help me make this happen.

I was referred to using this “cv2.VideoWriter()” for the video capture but frankly, I can’t seem to work my way through. You can get a sample from trt_yolo_cv.py but that only for the video recording.
