How do I update the pinmux configuration into the module?

I am using the TX2_NX module (P3636-0010) to match the load card we designed.

I generated by pinnum form out of the three dtsi files, and successfully convert to ". CFG file ", I have update the CFG file to Linux_for_Tegra/kernel/pinmux t186ref/BCT directory below, What instructions should I use to update the.cfg file into the module?

When I use sudo./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-tx2-nx mmcblk0p1, the “TEGRARCM_V2 --ISAPPLET” screen appears for a long time during the burn process.

What’t the Jetpack version in use?

Yes, you should re-flash the board to apply the modification.

Could you share the full flash log for further check?

Do you mean JP4.6.4 (R32.7.4)?

Could you flash it successfully before modifying the .cfg file?
