How do I verify and load the operating system file?

I’d like to try to use device Jetson Xavier NX in space, but the cosmic radiation environment will cause the binary bit to flip (e.g. 0 becomes 1). In order to deal with this problem, I want to verify the operating system file and then load and start, for example, using MD5 validation, how should I do this? Or which part of the file I can modify to achieve my goals.thanks!

Hi zhangpengfei22,

Do you mean that you want to confirm if the image for rootfs is correct and not modified by radiation environment?
If so, you can check with <Linux_for_Tegra>/bootloader/system.img, which is used for rootfs.
