How do you 'Reload Stage'

Trying out the new version this morning and after enabling Flatcache extension, you tell me I need to enable omni.hydra.ui and reload the stage.

I enabled omni.hydra.ui but I do not know how to reload the stage. Does that mean create a new project?

Your message is probably helpful if I knew how to do that, perhaps you could link to a help article to explain reloading the stage might help others know what you are talking about.

I think I figured it out. There is an X to close the stage on mouse hover I didn’t see. Then go to Window > Stage and bring it back.

Not very awake yet today, perhaps this is obvious to everyone.
