How i find stop vehicles in nvdsanalytics in deepstream -5.1

In deepstream python apps deepstream-nvdsanalytics
problem statement : How I find stopped vehicle label

IN DEEPSTRAM deepstream-nvdsanalytics python application in that application

config_nvdsanalytics.txt

direction label its give me forward and reverse not able to identify STOPPED label
which is visible on nvosd in deepstream output.

please provide me how get stopped label if vehicle is stooped.

Maybe you can decide it in application level or you have those kind of model.
