How to achieve sim to real?

I have shadowhand underlying control ROS packages, and I have real robots in the real world, and I can train shadowhand with isaacsim as well, how do I apply the results of that training to a real shadowhand?
I am a beginner and I am begging my seniors to help me as a beginner. I have checked a lot of tutorials as well as information and was not able to get valid advice, I have an idea to communicate with ros by setting up isaac sim and then posting a message to ros, which ros passes through moveit to the really robot, is this idea ok please? Or do you seniors have any better suggestion?
