How to add Cadence Reality DC Design Extension?

Hi everyone,

I searched for the Cadence extension in the Extension Manager but could not find it. I can see it is documented here:

Is this a private extension that requires special access? How can I get it?

It is probably just an older extension that has been discontinued.

Just an update, this is a really old page, for a really old extension. We have since depreciated this extension because we have better tools to get this information directly into usd format and bring it in natively.

I am just curious but a) how did you find this information? This should be offline b) what are you needing this extension for?

So you have two options:

  1. You can still access the extension in kit 107. You can load that and then load the extension no problem
  2. You can just use the latest kit, kit 110, and there really is no need for the extension, hence, we discontinued it. Just get your Cadence designs into USD Composer with normal usd files.
