How to add R36.3 repo.?

Hi, I am new to Jetson and Linux and am attempting to upgrade my Jetson Orin Nano from Jetpack 6.0dp to Jetpack 6.0 using the Nvidia Jetpack SDK documentation found here: How to Install and Configure JetPack SDK — JetPack 6.0 documentation .
The first step is to “Add R36.3 repo.” and I am unsure how to do this? Would someone mind assisting me with this?
