How to change the resolution of RTSP sink for sample-apps/deepstream-app?

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU) Jetson Xavier NX
• DeepStream Version DeepStream 6.0
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 4.6
• TensorRT Version 8.0.1-1
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only)
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) questions
• Requirement details( This is for new requirement. Including the module name-for which plugin or for which sample application, the function description)

I am currently using the sample-apps/deepstream-app for simple object detection app. It runs the YOLOv3 model for inference, and sends the output via all File sink, EGL sink, and RTSP sink. However, I found that the video quality of the video that is sent by RTSP sink is worse than file sink when I apply the same value for the bitrate (set bitrate as 2000000 for both RTSP sink and file sink).

I am assuming that this happens because the resolution of the RTSP sink is higher than the resolution of the file sink. However, I cannot find the code that setting the resolution value of the RTSP sink and file sink.

Below is my config file:

NO. According to your configuration, the resolution is 1920x1080 for both the RTSP output and file output.
