How to change the retry times to "mount /dev/mmcblk0p1" when boot up

Hi, nvidia teams:
We did a “Pressure test” in our board for reboot, sometimes, it will mount “/dev/mmcblk0p1” failed, and we found after failed to mount “/dev/mmcblk0p1”,sometimes the xavier will reboot, and sometimes the xavier will enter a bash. To be specific: after reboot 3 times, it will enter bash. so how to change this configuration, for example, make it “enter bash after reboot 10 times” , I grep the Key information in the log, and the output is as follow, I also upload the whole log, the jetpack version is 5.1.3.

Retry 的次數是沒辦法改的. 真的要處理的問題還是你這個mmcblk0p1沒辦法mount的問題

请问这个retry的机制，大致是怎么实现的呢？具体是哪个程序做的这个操作？

我們有systemd service會在開機之後執行/opt/nvidia/l4t-bootloader-config/nv-l4t-bootloader-config.sh

這個script有被執行到的話就會清空scratch register裡面的counter. 如果script連續三次沒有被執行到, counter次數到3的話在UEFI就會進入recovery boot.

我这边也都测试到，测试过程就是反复断电后再上电开机，通过串口打印可以复现出来。
在论坛中都没找到相应的解决办法，
我的平台是：
R32.7.2 Xavier NX 16GB emmc
除了系统重新烧录这个版本，还有其他的解决方案么？感谢Ths~
