How to check if default plane exists

Is there a way to check if there is a ‘default’ plane in the scene?

like some scenes might have a prim called ‘plane’, other times when its a new scene there is an automatic Environment/Plane that is created.

Is there a way to check if that plane was created as part of the loading/default

One reason is, i make a new scene, then scale the default plane to something. I load an extension and that makes the world z-up, but it also automatically rotates the existing assets (which I don’t want). but I can imagine some case where someone has their own plane in the correct orientation or for something else, and doesn’t want me to reset the orientation
