I have completed all the notebooks and assessments for the Assemble a Simple Robot in Isaac Sim course, but the grading always says I haven’t completed all the notebooks and there is no grade for my course.

Hello, my apologies for the delay in response, this slipped past me. That course does not offer a certificate, so it does not have a grade available.
