The power consumption has been reduced by adjusting CPU, GPU, and EMC.We want to know if there are ways or tools that can help us:

may I know what’s your expectation, could you please share the use-case?
you may also refer to Kernel Customization chapter to modify deconfig for disabling unnecessary services, and rebuild the kernel manually.
