How to communicate between SPE and Linux kernel ?

For example, the kernel sends command to let the SPE start controlling the GPIO output high and low, and then get the GPIO timestamp.

Thanks.

To communicate between SPE and CCPLEX, please refer to “doc/devicetree-ivc.md”.

Is there a way to get the timestamp of the SPE from the kernel?

Are the timestamps between them synchronous?

Thanks.

You can take a look at doc/timer-app.md and corresponding “app/timer-app.c”. That may help.

Hello,

I’m trying to setup the communication between SPE and Linux kernel.

I followed the guide of devicetree-ivc.md. I updated the tegra194-aon.dtsi, compiled and flashed the device (AGX Xavier), however, there is no /sys/devices/aon_echo/data_channel in the kernel.

do you know the cause?

is there step by step guideline for the communication between SPE and Linux kernel?

Thanks!

Hello, hao.ye:
you may have to make some changes in kernel side.
please refer to doc/devicetree-ivc.md
