How to connect BT_WAKE_UP pin

Hi

We have a problem to connect the pin BT_WAKE_UP (SPI3_CLK) of AGX EVB board for customize carrier board.

Should R747 be connected?
On AGX EVB schematic, R747 is reserved only no stuff.
However, SPI3_CLK default is pd.
If R747 is no stuff, how BT device be wake up by Hi?
Also, how BSP chnage SPI3_CLK setting to BT_WAKE_UP?
