How to connect internally an usb 2.0 interface keypad

Hello this is fornan embedded project.
I want to not use the external usb 3.0 ports.
Is there any way via gpio or (a part of using an usb to m.2 type E adaptor who I didnt find any one piece adaptor) are there any usb 2.0 header pins, like the ones found on intel nuc motheboards.

I just dont want to have a usb cable routing from inside our embedded device on the keypad interface button controller externally to the usb port.

any suggestion ?

For information, do you design your own carrier board for Xavier? Or use default carrier board and would like to design M.2 type E board?
