How to connect L2TP IPSEC VPN to Xavier NX using terminal

Hi, can someone help me in setting up L2TP IPSec VPN on Jetson Xavier NX (SOM + EN175 carrier board) through CLI please?

I have tried -

  1. GitHub - jabas06/l2tp-ipsec-vpn-client: Configure a Linux VPN client using the command line.
  2. https://support.strongvpn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003656534-L2TP-Setup-Ubuntu-Command-Line

But it didn’t work out.
