How to control the Vsync by the PTP?

Hi,guys:
I wanna control the quad cameras’ vsync by linux PTP,cause we want sync with other sensors.Is there some way can do that? Or some solution can make different sensors in sync?

May be my question should be change.How’s the state of the isc pwm at the beginning? Thanks guys.

Thanks for your reply.I have checked the docs.I am wandering how to make the first frame align with second.Like first frame’s timestamp is 5 sec 0 usec.The document just tell me how to use the pwm to control the external vsync’s ratio.Any solution？
