How to convert yuv to rgb8/rgb8a/rgb32/rgb32f to use Imagenet/detectnet/segnet in jetson-inference

##YUV conversion to rgb for jetson inference

The data from the input stream is of yuv422 format. I am trying detect some objects using already implimented detectnet algorithm on jetson-inference on my jetson AGX. But it seems the input streams and input to the detectnet network should be of RGB/RGBA formats are the only ones that should be used with the uchar3 / uchar4 / float3 / float4 vector types. Is there an possible way to convert yuv422 to those format so that I detect with jetson inferense.

Query: I saw some API like CUDA NPP. Is it possible to use those in my use case? if so, how? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance
