How to create a custom model for structure data Q&A?

I cannot find any tutorial on how to create a customize model for Structure data. Is it possible to load tabular dataset to create Q&A model?

Can you share a bit more detail on what kind of issue you are facing or what you would like to achieve? I get the feeling this is rather Deep Learning or Machine Learning related than connected to Gaming and Visualization.
