How to creating another partition?

Hi everybody:

I want to create another partition in tx2.But in this topic there is no method how to do it.
So could you kindly tell me the method?

And，is it possible to place the kernel in separate partitions?

And,my another question:is it possible to place the kernel in separate partitions(not in APP partition)?
