How to disable v4l2 console output?

v4l2_open(), v4l2_ioctl() and other v4l2 calls printf diagnostics to console.
Could I disable it?

Is v4l2 source code available?

We have v4l2_libs_src in https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/public_sources_Nano

There is a known issue in the Makefile. Please apply attached patch before building the source.
