How to distinguish objects so to set rules for them

Hi,

I have the digital twin of a part of a city which has been generated from geospatial data and contains three layer: roads, buildings, and vegetation.
Problem is in random spots of the twin, trees or buildings show up in the middle of the roads. That is probably because they are not recognized as objects.

I need to code to:

  • define them as individual objects
  • set rules so that the objects don’t intersect or use the physics features but that also has to be through coding

And these have to be generalizable on a massive number of prims of the same type.

Hi @Ai-Da! You could use the UsdModelAPI to define assets and kind metadata that can help you classify prims and prim subtrees. This can help you better understand your stages.
