How to download Jetpack 4.3

I am trying to install the 121-IMU/MCU carrier board firmware for a Jetson TX2 module. My issue, the download instructions for the firmware require JetPack 4.3 (L4T 32.3.1). After downloading the SDK manager, there is no option for Jetpack 4.3.
