The Orin NX，the base plate is of its own design.
I am not sure if the Flash file of the HUB chip needs to be burned separately or if it was burned automatically during the download process.

What does that mean “the flash file of the Hub chip”? If you are adding a USB hub chip by yourself, then you should ask the vendor to provide the software for you to use.
We don’t know and won’t know what flash file for your hub chip would be in use unless the thing you are talking about has nothing to do with your hub chip.
