How to enable Jetson TX1 to full speed?

We would like to measure the power consumption as Jetson TX1 runs in full speed.
Would you share the tool or information how to let Jetson TX1 run in full speed?

Please take a look at Jetson/TX1 Controlling Performance - eLinux.org ; the script is ~/jetson_clocks.sh after installing via JetPack 3.0.

Thanks for your information about how to set the CPU performance. Are there any benchmark tools that nVidia suggest to test the Jetson-TX1 performance?

no preference on this. any benchmark tool for linux should be okay.
