How to encode/decode images to/from h264 in driveworks?

Does driveworks provide any API to encode an image to h264, and to decode a h264 frame back to image?

Please advise. Thanks!

There is no API for h264 encoding/decoding in DW.
Please use nvmedia for this.

I am thinking of using gstreamer for encoding and decoding and to perform rtsp-server. What version of gstreamer do you recommend to install for PX2?
