How to exclude the bad link from Infiniband topology

Hello!

I have a question about Infiniband link flapping issue. For instance, I have faced Infiniband link flapping in my Infiniband fabric. I would like to isolate this link to exclude this one from topology, but I dont want just to disable it. Is there a way to put the Infiniband link in “Init” state (or something like this) to keep it UP in term of physical state, and exclude impact of recalculation of topology change?
