How to exhaust maximum numbers of queue pairs for RoCE Adapter in windows OS

My card supports 64k queue pairs but i will be able to create only 16 connections per RoCE interface in windows 2012R2 OS(limitation of windows).Is there any way to

exhaust maximum number of queue pairs on that adapter in windows.
