# How to find TRT\_LIB\_DIR?

Hi, I am using jetson xavier.  
I am trying to build ‘/usr/src/tensorrt/samples/trtexec’ but I faced the following error message.

```auto
nvidia@xavier:/usr/src/tensorrt/samples/trtexec$ make
../Makefile.config:28: TRT_LIB_DIR is not specified, searching ../lib, ../../lib, ../lib by default, use TRT_LIB_DIR=<trt_lib_directory> to change.
make: Nothing to be done for 'all'.

```

However, I can’t find the location of TensorRT Library directory.

How can I find it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The log indicates that the binary is up-to-date rather than a library missing issue _(default path is good)_.

```auto
make: Nothing to be done for 'all'.

```

If you want to rebuild the binary, please clean it first.

```auto
$ make clean
$ make

```
