I have a new agx-xavier module, and I want to flash the cboot on emmc of jetson agx-xavier without flashing BSP, and I know that the instruction of the cboot flash of xavier-nx is
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-qspi mmcblk0p1
Can someone tell me the instruction of cboot flash of agx-xavier?

Your command is not flashing cboot. It flashes the whole board.
Those *.conf file under your LInux_for_Tegra is for the board name.
For example, if there is a 12345.conf, then you can use command
sudo ./flash.sh 12345 mmcblk0p1
