How to flash Jetson TX2 (8GB) with a Jetson TX2 4GB image with JetPack 4.5

Hi!

I’m trying to flash Jetson TX2 (8GB) with a 4GB image and not able to do so using the SDK Manager. It fails with “wrong device is detected” as indicated in the screenshot below.

My question is:

  1. Is it possible to flash 8 GB with a 4 GB image?
  2. Is it possible to do so using JetPack 4.5?

No, it can’t work.
As you saw, the bootstrap will not be recognized as the device by SDK manager, it can’t work.
