Thanks for pointing out the conversion time. After implemented the conversion code, i did not measure the time consumed for conversion (It was taking around 17.5 milli sec for non-cache able buffers and 5 milli sec for cache able buffers).
I found drastic improvement in the performance, once cache-able buffers are introduced to NEON block. Now able to take 1080p@60fps from camera then 1080p@60fps h264 format of encoding and save into local media, stream encoded video via network (Using Ethernet) and Display simultaneously.
